Aged for nearly three years in custom American oak barrels that doubles the wine to oak contact for maximum flavour.  It balances rich dark fruits, vanilla, and chocolate with spice, spearmint, and pepper. Exhibiting exceptional intensity and balance, this wine promises to age gracefully for up to 40+ years.
