This bold yet refined Shiraz from the Ridley family vineyard showcases intense flavours from low-yield 25 year old vines. Barrel-aged for over two and a half years in custom coopered hybrid American and French oak, it offers rich aromas of dark fruits with layers of sandalwood, Vanillin, and clove. Blackberries and raspberries dominate the palate. Complex, structured and multidimensional, this wine promises exceptional  aging potential, with cellaring for  up to 50 years .
